David T. Rim, CPA
Partner, Founder
David T. Rim, CPA, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, and business consulting. Throughout his career, David has played a pivotal role in supporting the growth and transformation of manufacturing companies as CFO and strategic business advisor, with a particular focus on scaling their operations and optimizing financial performance. His expertise includes advising manufacturers, distributors, construction companies, and retailers of varying sizes, on projects ranging from operational improvements such as cost accounting, margin analysis, and inventory controls and ERP implementations—to strategic financial initiatives like business case evaluations, financial modeling, and cash flow management.
David’s background also includes spearheading initiatives to expand manufacturing facilities and enhance their efficiency. He has been instrumental in designing systems to streamline operations, manage budgets for capital projects, and implement robust financial controls to support sustainable growth.
A graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, David holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to his work in manufacturing, David has significant experience in the commercial real estate sector, where he managed treasury operations, AIA draw applications, and project budget reconciliations for large scale developments.
With a proven track record of driving financial and operational growth, David provides strategic leadership for his clients, ensuring their financial health and aligning their operations with long- term objectives. Philip J. Santarpia, CPA
Partner, Co-Founder
Philip J. Santarpia, CPA, brings over 10 years of accounting, tax and small business advisory experience. Philip has assisted clients in the real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries as a controller with specific expertise in reconciling disorganized ledgers and setting best practices for accounting processes.
Phil graduated from the College of Staten Island with a Master of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to his bookkeeping, tax, advisory and controllership experience, Phil has worked “hands-on” throughout the entire order to-cash cycle.
Among other accomplishments, Phil has overseen the migration of accounting data to update systems, reconciling ledgers to prepare for external review by outside CPA firms, and resolving complex matters with regulatory agencies. His regimented approach in establishing consistency and routine process has provided invaluable support to his clients.
